A good provider answers this without hesitating.\r\n\r\nIf any of the three gets a vague answer, keep looking.\r\n\r\n## What a session actually involves\r\n\r\nYou arrive shaved — not waxed and not plucked. The laser needs the follicle to still be there, and waxing removes exactly what it targets.\r\n\r\nProtective eyewear goes on. The handpiece moves across the area with cooling running continuously. Underarms take around fifteen minutes; full legs closer to an hour. Most people describe the sensation as a mild snap and a spreading warmth.\r\n\r\nAfterwards, mild redness is normal and usually settles within a few hours.
